We're here to keep you diving.
Our service department is fully equipped with Scubapro-trained technicians, using Scubapro-supplied parts and tools specific to servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting your scuba gear. For other brands, we collaborate with an established technical service provider to ensure the highest quality.
To provide you with prompt turnaround times on your tank service, we have our own in-house hydrostatic testing station. This means you don’t have to wait weeks while your tank is shipped out for hydrostatic testing. Typically, the turnaround time for tank service is one week for basic service. Should your tank require repairs, we maintain a substantial supply of replacement parts.
There's nothing worse than preparing for a trip to the Keys only to find your regulator hose is leaking, or your tanks are out of hydro or need a visual inspection. A significant advantage of our service is the timely email reminders we send as your regulators and tanks near their service due dates, keeping your gear up-to-date and in optimal diving condition.
We offer servicing most brands of equipment. Simply let us know what you have, and we will provide you with an estimate.
Here are some general guidelines for getting equipment serviced:
-
Regulators: Require service every one to two years, depending on the manufacturer. Scubapro equipment needs servicing every two years or 100 dives. Don't forget this includes the AIR2 on the BCD.
-
Tanks: Require an annual visual inspection and a hydrostatic test every five years. The date shown on the visual sticker or hydro stamp indicates when the test was performed. Visual stickers expire on the 1st of the month and hydro stamps expire at the end of the month. We conduct hydrostatic tests in-house to get you back to diving quickly!
