Yes, we know October 22 is technically the fourth Thursday. What can we say? We’re rebels. ???? What were you doing at 16? Meet Coco Claypoole, a 16-year-old scientific diver and young conservation leader who is already making a very real difference in Sarasota’s waters. Coco leads Bubbles of Hope Florida, a teen SCUBA diving club that partners with Florida Underwater Sports for monthly underwater cleanups. Together, these young divers have already removed more than 700 pounds of trash from our local waters.
