Emergency First Responde

This is a hands-on course, designed to give you the information and confidence to assist others. It is a requirement for the Rescue Diver certification, but it is for anyone - diver or non-diver. As an Emergency First Responder you will be able to provide first aid, CPR, AED or secondary care. The training is for lay-people and bridges the gap between injury and when EMS arrives. It can make all the difference when someone is injured. The training is suitable for anyone requiring assistance, not just divers, making it useful for families, sitters, coaches, lifeguards, etc.

The Emergency first Response course consists of a self-study, hands-on training and knowledge review with your instructor. It can be completed in 3-4 hours and can be done anywhere. The course also recognized by the Coast Guard for a  boat captain license.

Materials included are the Student Manual, pocket mask and certification card.
